The Photography Club, ShutterSpace, at our college, is driven by the profound motto: “Photography is an art of observation. It has little to do with the things you see, and everything to do with the way you see them.” – Elliot Erwitt.

We aim to nurture photographic talent and provide a comprehensive understanding of the craft. We have recently conducted a session on camera operation and Digital Image Processing. We have also expanded into cinematography and video editing, using advanced software tools. We script our cinematographic endeavours and select talented individuals for acting.

We initiate photography ventures within our campus, allowing participants to capture the beauty of nature and showcase their artistic talents. The best shots from these trips are curated and shared at various exhibitions during college events. We organize photography competitions in different genres and are at the forefront of digital content creation. Our members’ photographs have been published in the prestigious IIST biannual magazine, Surabhi, underscoring the talent and dedication of our members.
