Astronomy Club

Celestials, the Astronomy Club of IIST, has been actively involving students in a variety of thrilling astronomical pursuits. Club members indulge in regular telescope sessions, providing them with an opportunity to peer into the night sky and expand their knowledge. Beyond the stargazing experiences, the club participates in Asteroid Search campaigns, allowing students to actively contribute to authentic scientific research through citizen science programs. To enlighten their academic journey, the club hosts professor lectures, offering valuable insights into various aspects of astronomy.
