The lab provides the computing facility for the undergraduate B. Tech students for the practical lab sessions as well as for workshops/conferences across various departments. This lab is established with all the necessary infrastructure and technical equipments.

Lab experiments:

This lab is utilized for conducting lab experiments for the common computer programming course offered to B. Tech students of Aerospace, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Dual Degree of Engineering physics branches. Following are the list of few experiments carried out in the programming course.

• Familiarization with the laboratory equipment and Linux operating systems in the development and implementation of program source code in a particular language.
• Developing a source code to implement functionality of scientific calculator.
• Create a object oriented structure to store name, roll number and marks of the students in the institute.
• Develop a code for maintaining the virtual catalogue of books available in the library.
• Develop a software model for the creating and manipulating files.
