Advanced Workshop on Microwave and Antennas
- IEEE IIST AP-S and MTT-S student branch chapters in association with IEEE AP-S and MTT-S Kerala Chapter organized an Advanced Workshop on Microwave and Antennas on Dec 05, 2022. Eminent speakers from Academia and Industry acted as the resource persons in the event, attended by 70 professions from academia and industry.
IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Distinguished Lecture (AP-S DL)
- IEEE IIST AP-S and MTT-S student branch chapters in association with IEEE AP-S and MTT-S Kerala Chapter organized IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Distinguished Lecture (AP-S DL) program in October 2022. Prof. Debatosh Guha, FIEEE,FNAE, FNASI, FIASc was the distinguished speaker of the event.
IEEE WiM (Women in Microwave) 1-Day workshop
- IEEE IIST AP-S and MTT-S student branch chapters in association with IEEE AP-S and MTT-S Kerala Chapter organized IEEE WiM (Women in Microwave) 1-Day workshop in July, 2022. Eminent Women engineers/scientists from academia and industry acted as the resource persons in the workshop. The workshop was attended by seventy scientists, research scholars and students from academia and industry.
National Workshop on Electric Aircraft and Allied Technologies
- The First National Workshop on Electric Aircraft and Allied Technologies was organized by CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories in association with IIST and Aeronautical Society of India at Bangalore from 28-29 April 2022. IIST team lead the sessions on All-Electric Powertrain Technologies for Electric Aircraft.
